When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of our items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Product Returns, Warranty
Products sold on this website comply with the strictest quality and hygiene standards. We provide a 90 day limited warranty on all products sold (disposable items such as brush heads, batteries, etc not included).
Should any product prove to be defective or non-functional, or if you are not 100% satisfied with the results obtained, we will gladly exchange for a new product, or refund your purchase price (excluding S+H costs).
Due to hygiene issues, we cannot accept returns that have not been authorized, Please call within 14 days of receipt of product to obtain a product return authorization code before returning a product to us. |
